winter {south florida portrait photographer}

What an amazing feeling it is to go from the warmth of South Florida to the cool, crisp weather of Park City, Utah and week of falling snow. I was so happy to go on our first real vacation since COVID, and loved spending time with my family away from our home. While we have been together for what feels like non-stop, it is somehow different when we are together in another city, spending time doing different things, like skiing, snowball fights, and exploring downtown. This trip was a much needed reprieve from our everyday life of work, school, softball, and taking care of our home, and I am so grateful that we were able to do it.

Interestingly, I usually do not bring my “big” camera on vacations, but since I do not ski anymore, I thought I would see what I could find to photograph. I try to capture a landscape photograph from special places we visit to add to a gallery wall I am creating. So far, I only have an acrylic print from our trip to Guatemala and to the Grand Tetons, but I think I will add on of these below!
