Photographing families like this reminds me of how much I truly love being a photographer. I began photographing this family about 16 years ago, before Dylan was even a thought to her parents. I have seen these beautiful girls grow up, photographed their family portraits and bat mitzvahs, and now I have the absolute pleasure of photographing Dylan’s upcoming celebration. As a family, they are close and fun and loving and they hold the importance of family very close to their hearts. And Dylan, she is a beautiful girl, talented and driven, and I am so happy to get to know her at this stage in her life because when I think of her, she is often the little sister. But now, she is this gorgeous teenager, adored by her family, and getting ready for her bat mitzvah! Loved spending time with all of you! xoxo
