backyard camping {fort lauderdale child photographer}

It is 60 degrees outside in our usually warm South Florida, and my children have decided to live outside.  This is one of those days that absolutely warms my heart and is memory making.  The girls woke up this morning, went into the fort with hot chocolate and blankets to snuggle down for the day.  They decided early on that they would be sleeping on the top bridge area, and Jake decided to sleep outside too.  It has been nonstop pillow carrying, food going up in the bucket, adding more blankets, and then, of course, the walkie-talkies, my favorite.  They have codes for emergency situations.  I can't think of a better way to spend the day, watching them, helping them, and most of all, listening to them laugh.   This is my heaven. xoxo
