dear friends {deerfield beach family photographer}

Once a year, my dear friend, Leslie, comes into town to visit family, and I luckily get to steal some time with her while she is down from NY.  We are childhood friends, since 2nd grade, and we have kept in touch forever.  When we were in 5th grade, and I moved to Florida, we became pen pals.  Now our girls are pen pals, and they actually hand write letters to each other, but they also face time and text, and they seem to like to sit side by side and text each other on their ipods.  How times have changed!!  We spent the afternoon together at their hotel in Deerfield Beach.  We had planned a late afternoon photo shoot on the beach, thinking optimistically that the rain would hold off.  However, all my optimism could not hold back the rainstorm that came.  So instead of giving up, we walked around the hotel, shooting in the most unlikely of spots.  It was actually fun, trying not to get wet and being creative at the same time.  Here are some of my favs - enjoy your Sneak Peek!! xoxo
