how we filled our last summer days {south florida lifestyle photographer}
Well, it is already Thursday; only three coveted days until school starts, schedules begin, and our wonderful summer time comes to an end. We are basically just taking it easy with the kids, getting school supplies and last minute shoes and clothes, and enjoying simply being home, doing "nothing." Nothing of course, actually consists of something, whether it be swimming in the pool, watching movies, or like today, a ton of art activities. Jake, of course, has abandoned us to bike around the neighborhood with his cousin (boys!) We did glitter and glue, make your own suncatchers, and my favorite, the HUGE picture. I got the idea from the Beezus and Ramona movie (which was so cute - loved it!), so I ripped off a piece of my used, white backdrop paper, flipped it over, and ouila! Instant art activity and a good way to recycle the paper into something else. I used to think that the six year age difference between Cami and Reese would matter, but some days, they are just like two peas in a pod.
