vizcaya wedding portraits {miami wedding photographer}

It rained on their wedding day, so it was only fitting that there Tropical Storm Isaac should decide to arrive on the day scheduled for their wedding portraits.   Michelle and I spoke in the morning, and decided that we would all just go for it, hope for the best weather, and bring umbrellas.  And, it was the best decision ever!  Vizcaya, as always, was a beautiful background, but it was also quite empty and overcast.  The rain never made it there during our photo session, but the weather was warm, cloudy and so very romantic.  On Michelle and Alex's actual wedding day, I calculated that we had about 8 minutes of sunlight left after their ceremony to capture their wedding portraits.  So, they decided to come back to Vizcaya after their wedding day for their portraits.  It was lovely - we walked around leisurely, stopping whenever we found a spot we liked.  Seriously, a photographer's dream - the weather, the location, the time, and of course, my amazing clients.  Enjoy! xoxo
