good fortune {fort lauderdale lifestyle photographer}

I was on a date with Wayne the other night, which sometimes feels very few and far between, and I was given a fortune cookie at the end of the meal.  I opened it up to find this fortune, and was surprised to find it so fitting.  I kept it, shoving it in my wallet, thinking that I need to remember what it says.  That I can be busy and happy.  I have absolutely no doubt that I am busy, between working and running my own business, three children, a husband and a home.  Sometimes, I am too busy - can't find enough time to do it all, to be that perfect working mother, who can work, shuffle the kids around, put amazing meals on the table at the end of the day, and keep a smile on my face.  But, that is only sometimes.  Most of the time, I am very busy, but happy, just like the fortune says.  I think that I just have to remember that I can't get it all done, and that's okay.  It's okay to have pancakes for dinner, and it's okay to have pajama Sundays.  Actually, I highly recommend it!
