that's just Chloe { south florida event photographer }

On Saturday, we spent the day photographing Chloe's Bat Mitzvah in Miami.  I met Chloe and her family a few years back when I photographed a family session for them at their house (with their dog!).  And luckily, Chloe's dad thought of me when it was time for her bat mitzvah.  It is always a little more meaningful to photograph an event when I have a connection with the family, and I was so happy to be a part of this big day! Not many synagogues allow a photographer to photograph during the actual service, but this one did.  We were able to capture great moments during the service, during which Chloe had such confidence and poise.  Her parents had beautiful words for her that touched all of our hearts and made me a bit melancholy for Jake and Cami's younger days.  Chloe was very lucky to have so much family surrounding her and beaming with pride - parents, many grandparents, aunts and uncles.  You could see how blessed she is to have so many family and friends who love her.

Then, the rain started and everyone reconvened at the Doral Country Club for a great party.  Chloe's mom, Amy, is an event planner and did an amazing job creating a beautiful party - from the centerpieces and life-size cut out of Chloe as a sign in board to the donut station and slideshow - the afternoon was relaxed and fun and perfect!

On a side note, I have to say that I LOVED the colors in Chloe's dress and all of her family's attire.  Everyone looked amazing!  We were thrilled to be there and hope you enjoy your sneak peek!
